Technical Information

SHIPPING
Products ordered on this website will be shipped from either Gazebo Junction's warehouse, the warehouse of one of its suppliers or directly from the manufacturer.  Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and size and are automatically calculated by the Secure Signature Shopsite system.  Orders weighing over 150 pounds may be shipped common carrier instead of UPS, DHL or FEDEX.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please call for clarification.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item is damaged upon delivery, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. The item will be returned to us and an identical order will be shipped at no additional charge. In the case of concealed damage contact Gazebo Junction.  A return ticket will be issued for the damaged merchandise and an identical order will be shipped at no additional charge. 
 

RETURN POLICY
All returns must have a RMA. To obtain a RMA, please email paul@gazebojunction.com or call 800-966-9261.  Unopened Items purchased from Gazebo Junction may be returned, at the buyers shipping expense, any time within 30 days of the purchase date.  There is a 15% restock fee charged on any items returned.  If returned items have been found to be opened, and cannot be resold, no credit will be given.  Supply a copy of your original purchase order or something to identify who the item is being returned from.  Your account will be credited for the total amount of the return, less 15% within 30 days of the date received by Gazebo Junction.  If your credit card information has been shredded, or expired, you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail to obtain new credit card information.  Do not send credit card information along with the returned products.

CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS
If your merchandise is shipped directly from Gazebo Junction, your receipt will be included in the packaging.  If the merchandise is shipped from one of our suppliers or manufacturers,  a packing slip will be included showing your order contents.  Your credit card receipt will be held at Gazebo Junction for 30 days, then destroyed.  If you would like a copy of the receipt by mail, e-mail or fax, please request one by calling 800-966-9261 or e-mailing info@gazebojunction.com.

PRIVACY
Our strict policy is to NEVER sell any customer information (name, address, credit card, phone number, email address, etc) to any individual or organization.
